Mads Koch delivers a modern take on the traditions of classical songwriting. With a certain sense for indelible melodies, Mads touches on subjects as love, death and the fleetingness of life through words of a humorous yet honest timbre.

Accompanied by the four members of his band, Mads Koch will present a string of new songs carried out in vivacious and sparkling arrangements. As a celebration of life, and for the love of acoustic instruments, the quintet aims to deliver a stirring performance through the many shapes and sizes of their compositions.

The music draws parallels to artists such as Carole King and George Harrison, combined with a regard for structure and tonality adopted from contemporary pop music. A musical narrative that invites you to a contemplative, still uplifting experience within a warm, enclosing atmosphere.
