RMC Vinterjazz: anythingoes

Anythingoes er en duo bestående af Sanyu Nsubuga på vokal & elektronik og Simon Plancke på trommer & elektronik. Selvom de kun har spillet sammen i et par måneder, fandt de hurtigt fælles fodslag og har arbejdet på at udvikle en lyd, der forener en eksperimenterende, elektronisk orienteret stil med deres stærke kærlighed til live-improvisation og akustiske lyde. Med inspiration fra en lang række musikere som Building Instrument, Björk og Frank Ocean er duoen glade for at dele med dig, hvordan de fortolker og skaber sammen.

Anythingoes is a duo comprised of Sanyu Nsubuga on vocal & electronics and Simon Plancke on drums & electronics. Though only having played together for a couple of months they quickly found common ground and have been working on developing a sound that morphs together an experimental, electronically oriented style with their strong love for live improvisation and acoustic sounds. Drawing inspiration from a great variety of musicians such as Building Instrument, Björk and Frank Ocean, the duo are excited to share with you how they interpret and create together.
