Afgang 2025: Carolyn Goodwin

Songs from a Body, Remembered

Carolyn Goodwin is a woodwind player and composer active in the improvised and experimental music scene, performing with ensembles such as Copenhagen Clarinet Choir, Blue Lake, Coriolis, and Bloomers. 

In this concert, she reveals a different facet of her practice: a suite of songs written on guitar, developed through her ongoing artistic research into musical embodiment. Rooted in breath and physicality, the songs are expanded, reimagined, and transformed by the pulsating, interweaving textures of clarinet and vocal ensemble.
