The Art Of Being Overwhelmed, Constantly
Mental battles. Exhaustion. Irrational behavior on repeat. I feel trapped in constant overwhelm. Stuck in a loop every day, every hour, every minute. Obsessive. Compulsive. Disorder. Three words that shape my life. Forever? Longing for rituals of relief.
Are you overwhelmed?
A glitch like a sigh. Overstimulation settles like dark circles under your eyes. Doomscrolling. Dings. Distraction. Constant motion without direction. A jagged fatigue. In a reality where technology never sleeps.
A machine with anatomy and a brain, that in a moment of silence experiences something human. Feels, loves, fails. It sings – not because it can, but because it must.
Haven't we all?
This project seeks to blur the lines between a live concert and an art exhibition, challenging and reimagining traditional formats to redefine the live performance experience.
