Afgang 2025: Andrea Thuesen

For her bachelor concert Andrea Thuesen joins worlds with classmate Vilhelm Strange, and plays songs written for their band Snuggle. 

Forming a symbiosis of different musical eras, they weave together ethereal guitar melodies and breathy vocals into a fuzzy sonic blanket which carefully envelops the listener. Songs about love, loss, burning cities and playthings. A peak through a looking glass, a glance at the pages in a diary. Equally nostalgic equally alien, communicating from the past and present - another planet? The portal is open.

Snuggles simple live-setups create lo-fi collages evoking the wall-of-sound of 90s grunge and shoegaze as well as eclectic 00s pop productions.
