Music industry pioneer Scott Cohen is Honorary Professor at Rhythmic Music Conservatory (RMC) and gives us a look into what is driving the business now and what is over the horizon.

After the talk Scott Cohen will engage in a panel with co-founder af Ristband Roman Rappak moderated by Sharin Foo from RMC.

Scott Cohen is Chief Innovation Officer of Warner Music Group and a prominent figure in the international music industry widely recognized for spotting emerging technologies and identifying new business models for the digital age.

Roman Rappak is the cofounder of music and gaming platform Ristband, and write and perform in the band Miro Shot. As a filmmaker he has directed short films, documentaries and music videos for artists such as Sinead O'Connor and Charlotte OC, winning short film awards and screening films at international film festivals. 

Ristband is a music metaverse platform which allows artists and performers to create experiences within a fully 3D interactive digital world, accessible via mac/PC/mobile/VR. Events taking place in the real world can seamlessly create a digital twin in Ristband, combining the excitement of a real concert, with the power and reach of digital social experiences.
