Sergio Garcia-Cuesta

Musician, educator and researcher working for Rytmisk Musikkonservatorium (RMC) in collaboration with AAU and linked with the Copenhagen Centre for Research in Artistic Citizenship (CReArC). His research has focused on exploring the potentials and challenges that promote/hinder accessibility, feelings of expertise, and empowerment in the arts. Currently exploring alternative pedagogical and conceptual approaches to music education to hopefully reimagine and contest the role that music and arts hold in western societies.
