EKIP står for Eksternt, kollaborativt, integreret projekt.

'Searching Stillness'
...is a project formed with an artistic ambition to create alternative musical experiences that provide space for listeners to look inwards. ‘Searching stillness’ is created by the three musicians Jekabs Reders, Jakob Birch and William Hoffmann, who come from different backgrounds in a wide range of fields from indie, jazz, rock and avant-garde. For the project, they have partnered up with the technology-, wellness- and art-driven, community-centric company VibroAcoustics.
On Wednesday 14 December you can experience the trio live for the first time in a musical journey that explores slow, cinematic soundscapes and melodic narratives and has an experimental and textural approach to acoustics and sound. On this evening, they will play into a few VibroAcoustics bass floors, which are bed-sized modules that vibrate your body with low-frequency sounds.
’Searching Stillness’ is a so called EKIP project at RMC, where students collaborate with external actors in society. EKIP is in Danish short for External Collaborative Integrated Projekt.
