Interdisciplinary learning environment in Singing and Sound Engineering
By Moretn Büchert
The development of an interdisciplinary learning environment in Singing and Sound Engineering – communication, common language, synergy, innovation, potential
The ambition of the project is to develop the interdisciplinary teaching of singers in the context of the recording studio. Through a close association with the teachers' own professional practice as artist and sound engineer, respectively, work is done with unusual solutions and experiments. Practical exercises, examples and demonstrations aim to develop the students’ language and ways of cooperating, and thereby create the optimum conditions for music, both live and in the studio. The experience gained is presented in a written report, and can be applied in the development of both individual teaching practices and other interdisciplinary teaching situations.
To be concluded in 2018.
