Project
The role of creativity in music schools
By Jesper Sveidahl
This research project discloses how Danish music schools’ work with ”the creative skills as a precondition for the musical performance” (federal law) – strategically as well as pragmatically. The research further examines whether the music schools through their cooperation on music education from a creative perspective with the local general school can contribute qualitatively to the students’ perception of engagement, co-ownership and motivation.
