Mixtape: Simin Stine Ramezanali on the decks

Simin Stine Ramezanali is a visual media artist and drummer based in Copenhagen. Known under the pseudonym abji_hypersun, as a member of the experimental doom punk trio SLIM0, and as part of the duo abolish with Maryam Fazeli. Simin is also co-founder of the music platform and independent record label UUMPHFF-musik.

This live mix is a recording of her DJ set at the SOUND x RMC event ‘No Music on a Dead Planet’ on Tuesday 3 September. A set of Simin Stine Ramezanalis own compositions mixed with ambient, doom and “lost” Iranian film music.
